This policy explains how Edukas Solutions handles information for the Block Chase mobile game, this website, support messages, and tester interest requests. For privacy questions, contact support@block-chase.com.
Information in the game
The current Android game runs without an account. Game progress, scores, unlocked stages, and preferences are stored on your device. The game does not send this saved gameplay information to an Edukas Solutions server.
The current game does not contain advertising, in-app purchases, social chat, or third-party advertising or analytics services. It does not request your contacts, camera, microphone, or precise location. We do not use the game to track you across other apps or websites, and we do not sell personal information.
Your operating system or app store may independently process installation, purchase history where applicable, device diagnostics, crash reports, or backups under its own settings and privacy policy. Information you choose to submit through Google Play testing or feedback features is also subject to Google's policies.
Support and tester interest
If you email us, we receive your email address, message, and anything you choose to include, such as your phone model or a description of a problem. We use this information to answer you, investigate problems, organize testing, and send the testing updates you request. Please avoid sending sensitive information or screenshots containing other people's personal data.
Our support address uses ImprovMX to forward messages to the Edukas Solutions team's Gmail inbox. ImprovMX and Google process those messages to provide email delivery and storage. Access is limited to people who need the information to provide support and run the test. We may disclose information when legally required or necessary to protect users and our services.
Children and families
Block Chase is intended for teens and adults. Regional app-store age ratings apply. Its current gameplay does not require a name, email address, account, or other personal information. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information through gameplay.
Website tester interest and support requests should be made by an adult or a parent or guardian. Parents and guardians should use their own contact information and should not send a child's name, email address, photos, school, or other identifying details. If we learn that a child has sent personal information without appropriate parental involvement, we will delete it. A parent or guardian can contact us to request review or deletion of information concerning their child.
This website
This site is hosted by Vercel. Visiting it involves ordinary web request data such as IP address, browser information, requested pages, and request time, which the hosting provider may process to deliver and secure the site. We do not add advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or signup-form databases to this site. Fonts and gameplay media are served from this site rather than an embedded third-party video service. Clicking an email link opens your email application; a message is sent only when you choose to send it.
Retention and deletion
Saved gameplay data stays on your device until you clear the app's storage or remove the app, subject to any operating-system backup and restore settings. Clearing storage resets your progress. We do not have a server copy of that saved progress to delete.
We keep support and tester correspondence only for as long as needed to handle your request, run the requested testing communications, resolve related problems, or meet legal obligations. You can ask us to stop testing emails or delete your correspondence by emailing the support address above. We may retain limited information where required by law or needed to resolve a dispute. Email and hosting providers may keep backup or security records according to their own retention practices.
Security and your choices
This website uses HTTPS. We rely on access controls in our email and hosting services and limit access to support information. No system can guarantee absolute security. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. Contact us to make a request. We may ask for enough information to verify that the request concerns your own data.
Changes to this policy
We will update this page if the game's data practices or support services change and revise the effective date. Material changes that require additional notice or consent will be handled before the affected collection or use begins.
